About Us

History

Established in 1987.
Founded as a high quality Seattle festival and street fair food vendor, Ballard Brothers operated without a permanent restaurant for 17 years.  Now our fiercely loyal festival customers can relieve their Cajun blackened wild salmon cravings seven days a week.  A leader in the use of 100% compostable packaging, utensils and cups since July of 2007, Ballard Brothers provides a sustainable model for the fast food industry.  We have been serving 100% wild Seafood since 1987 and are committed to supporting the managed fisheries of the North Pacific.  In addition our beef is 100% organic grass fed from WA state, used in all our in house, handmade, steak chopped burgers.  Ballard Brothers is committed to our community with generous donations to nonprofit groups such as the Ballard Boys and Girls Club, KEXP and other music venues throughout Seattle. Come enjoy our generous portions of mouth watering entrees and our monthly specials! You’ll be happy that you did.
