Founded as a high quality Seattle festival and street fair food vendor, Ballard Brothers operated without a permanent restaurant for 17 years. Now our fiercely loyal festival customers can relieve their Cajun blackened wild salmon cravings seven days a week. A leader in the use of 100% compostable packaging, utensils and cups since July of 2007, Ballard Brothers provides a sustainable model for the fast food industry. We have been serving 100% wild Seafood since 1987 and are committed to supporting the managed fisheries of the North Pacific. In addition our beef is 100% organic grass fed from WA state, used in all our in house, handmade, steak chopped burgers. Ballard Brothers is committed to our community with generous donations to nonprofit groups such as the Ballard Boys and Girls Club, KEXP and other music venues throughout Seattle. Meet the Business Owner
Native North Westerner Drew Greer is the architect of the Ballard Brothers menu, recipes and business plan. He has been cooking since 1983 and gained his creative mastery from SchoolCraft College in Livonia, MI, a top ranked culinary school of the midwest. His motivation with food is based on the ability to express himself creatively with immediate feedback, making people happy and creating community. In addition to opening Ballard Brothers Seafood and Burgers he also founded the Bit Saloon in Ballard in 1999.
